Reasons for a truffle session
Everyone is different and everyone therefore has his/her own reasons for choosing an individual one truffle session. The reasons vary from therapeutic, spiritual to creative reasons. It is important to create an image for yourself of why you are attracted to undergoing a truffle session. Most clients who opt for individual truffle sessions do so for therapeutic reasons, particularly against depression, social anxiety or addiction.
How we can help you
After you have completed the online intake, you will receive advice on what type of session and dosage will suit you. From that point on, you can schedule an appointment using the web links listed in the email with advice. In most cases we also indicate how much time you need to prepare, for example to improve your neurochemistry. Based on the intake, we test whether there may be an imbalance in the proportions of neurotransmitters (signal substances in the brain). In the event of an imbalance, we will provide advice (supplements/nutrition/exercise) to achieve a better balance, which will improve the state of mind and make your truffle session better. You can also expect small assignments and reading and/or viewing suggestions so that you are better prepared for the session and the ideas you have gained can develop into solutions.
At which location can the truffle session take place?
You can choose to come to our location in Schiedam for an individual truffle session. This room is suitable for individual sessions and groups of up to 6 people. To save costs or if you prefer, you can also do a truffle session at your home throughout the Netherlands. To give you even more options, you can also choose to rent a hotel, holiday home or AirBNB yourself and then do the session there. More information here:

Would you prefer an open group truffle ceremony?
At our location in Schiedam we organize monthly open group truffle ceremonies. You can participate in a ceremony with other (unknown) participants. Each ceremony has its own theme in addition to your own goals/themes. On the next page you can find the dates when these truffle ceremonies for groups take place.
