Caring for others is in my blood, and I've been doing it since I was young. After high school, I started working in healthcare. Due to physical limitations, I had to leave early. But caring never left. After graduating, I continued as a Management Assistant. Since 2011, I've been self-employed and work as an executive secretary\/personal assistant.<\/p>

Due to a very eventful life, I am very capable of sensing and empathizing with the feelings and traumas of others.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After my divorce in 2019, where I gave more than I should have, I took the time to heal. This gave me the opportunity to create a new version of myself. I seized this opportunity with both hands. When there's nothing left and you're experiencing the darkest moments, there's time and space to seek the light.<\/p>

After my recovery, I started studying occupational and health psychology. This was interesting enough that I knew it would be the start of my new path.<\/p>

Current healthcare isn't focused on keeping people healthy, but on making them better. But once someone gets better, they're a lost customer. We absolutely need Western healthcare for acute cases. After all, a broken leg can't be healed with preventative care. My goal is to make people aware that by eating healthier and exercising more, among other things, they can overcome many lifestyle diseases and lead a healthier life.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Janneke is studying Applied Psychology, is a lifestyle coach, handles initial client contact, develops lifestyle plans, and performs administrative tasks. She also acts as a confidential counselor. The combination of nutrition and the mind is a powerful one. In 2022, I successfully completed my OERsterk lifestyle coaching training. During this training, I learned the foundation for a healthy lifestyle from various doctors and therapists. By finding the right balance between nutrition, mindset, relaxation, and exercise, many people can adopt a fitter and healthier lifestyle.<\/p>

Together we will look at how we can make positive and preventive adjustments and you don't have to do this alone.<\/p>

Continuing to develop is very important to me. Gaining more knowledge will give me an even stronger foundation to support more people on their path to a more fulfilling life. That's why I started my Bachelor's degree in Applied Psychology \u2013 specializing in Psychology and Health \u2013 in 2023.<\/p>

I also have a CPR, First Aid, First Aid, BLS and AED diploma.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

My own experience with psychedelics<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

During my trips, I achieved more than I had in years with various psychologists. While I was very afraid of losing control beforehand, afraid of opening Pandora's box and not knowing if I could handle what would come out, the sessions went smoothly. They were truly wonderful experiences!<\/p>

While I'm normally quite articulate, there's always a filter over what we say, during these sessions, this filter completely disappeared. I was able to address things I couldn't with other therapies.<\/p>

It gave me peace through healing old pain, forgiveness for myself and others, clear insights with the right direction that suits me, the realization that everything is already within me. Being able to look at myself and the people around me with more love. These were the most healing experiences ever. This was what I needed, and I wish this for everyone!<\/p>

Once the pain was healed, there was suddenly room to discover what else is out there, where my strengths lie, what suits me, where I'm going to focus. A session can then help you close all the open tabs in your mind and clear everything out.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

After completing the intake form, we'll assess whether a session can safely take place. If it's not possible now, I'll support you in exploring what's needed to facilitate a session in the future.<\/p>\n

After your booking, I'll create a customized lifestyle plan for you, incorporating your intentions and challenging you in the preparation process. This plan includes various components, such as a basic nutrition plan, tips for balancing hormones and neurotransmitters, and inspiration for interesting videos or podcasts. We'll also fine-tune it where necessary.<\/p>\n

When we meet in a group or individual session, honesty remains paramount. I will listen attentively, and we will clarify your intentions again before you enter the session.<\/p>\n

During the session, I'll create a safe environment for you where everything is welcome. I'll always focus on what you need and what can support you to ensure you achieve your goals more easily. We'll have specially created playlists that will guide you through all your emotions. In this safe setting, valuable insights will reveal themselves. Everything you need is already within you. That's why I'll be with you at a safe distance.<\/p>\n

Towards the end of your journey, we'll reflect on everything that has happened. First, let everything sink in and simply be, and we'll note down any supporting insights. Giving everything a place and integrating it into your current life is for later.
