What data we collect and why<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Contact form<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this exclusively to answer your question.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intake form<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before you can book a session, you complete an intake form. This is necessary to be able to assess your safety during a psychedelic session. Among other things, we ask here about:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact details (name, age, location, email, phone number)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your goals for the session<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medication use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Current and previous drug use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mental health conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Suicidal tendencies or a previous episode of psychosis<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Physical ailments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Answers to the neurotransmitter test<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Please note:<\/strong> part of this data (medication use, psychological and physical conditions, suicidality) is classified under the law as a special category of personal data (health data). We only process this data with your explicit consent, which you give by completing and submitting the intake form. We use this information exclusively to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Recognising contraindications for the use of psychedelics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To carry out a security clearance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To draw up personal preparation advice (nutrition, supplements, mental preparation)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These recommendations do not constitute medical advice and are not a substitute for professional care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Newsletter<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you a newsletter no more than once a month. We do this via our sending platform Sender. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trippy (chatbot)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you use our chatbot, Trippy, you may share personal information such as your name, email address and telephone number during the conversation. It is strongly advised not to combine your real name with medical diagnoses, health data, or medication use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prijstool met kaart en reisafstand<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Op de pagina\u2019s over individuele sessies en duosessies staat een prijstool. Daarmee kun je uitrekenen wat een sessie kost, op basis van de afstand tot onze begeleiders en locaties. Vul je in de tool een plaats of adres in, dan sturen we dat samen met je IP-adres naar Google (Google Maps Platform). Google gebruikt dit om de kaart te tonen en de afstand, reistijd en route te berekenen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Het ingevulde adres slaan wij zelf niet op en we koppelen het niet aan je naam, je intake of een boeking. Het adres wordt wel toegevoegd aan de adresbalk van je browser (achter <code>?zoek=<\/code>). Deel je die link met iemand, dan deel je dus ook het ingevulde adres. Voor een indicatie van de kosten is een plaatsnaam of postcode voldoende. Een volledig huisadres is niet nodig.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Financial data<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are made via bank transfer. We keep the financial records required for this as legally mandated (7 years).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. We work with the following parties, who act as processors on our behalf:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Elementor Hosting:<\/strong> voor het hosten van onze website<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sender:<\/strong> voor het verzenden van onze nieuwsbrief<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>OpenAI:<\/strong> voor het verwerken van gesprekken via chatbot Trippy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Google (Google Maps Platform):<\/strong> voor de kaart en de afstandsberekening in de prijstool. Google ontvangt hierbij je IP-adres en het adres dat je invult. Google kan gegevens verwerken buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. We gebruiken alleen functionele cookies en opslag in je browser die nodig zijn om de website goed te laten werken, bijvoorbeeld om je taalkeuze te onthouden (via TranslatePress) en om te onthouden dat je de cookiemelding hebt weggeklikt.
