If we suspect that our services are not suitable for your (mental) health, we also consider this an urgent reason to cancel. If you cancel through Triptherapie, you are always entitled to a refund of all amounts already paid, minus the \u20ac200 deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellations from service recipient<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When booking an appointment, a deposit of \u20ac200 is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, the appointment is confirmed. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if the service provider cancels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to two weeks before the scheduled appointment at no extra cost. When rescheduling an appointment, the deposit does not need to be paid again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the event of cancellations or changes within two weeks prior to the appointment, an additional fee of \u20ac175 will be charged (this is separate from the deposit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appointments canceled or rescheduled at the request of the service provider within 24 hours of the session will be charged at 75%.
