With the agreement of your (medical) specialist, we can continue the service subject to any conditions. Furthermore, you are liable for the accuracy of the information provided by you. Hidden physical and\/or psychological abnormalities that manifest during or after our services are at your own risk, as is the aggravation of already known symptoms\/complaints\/disorders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our guides operate solely and exclusively in the role of tripsitters during the session. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"geinformeerde-toestemming\">Informed consent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By booking a session you declare*:<br>\u2713 To understand the risks of psychedelic use<br>\u2713 Have no contraindications<br>\u2713 To provide medical information completely and truthfully<br>\u2713 To be aware that psychedelic guidance is not a medical treatment<br>\u2713 To take personal responsibility for the experience<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*on the day of the session, this will be signed additionally by means of a declaration containing these points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"psychedelica\">Psychedelica<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"legaliteit\">Legality<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All substances used by us are legal variants and do not fall under the Opium Act or the Medicines Act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"risicos\">Risks<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Although psychedelic guidance can have many positive effects,<br>are there also any risks associated with the use. If a suspicion arises in the meantime that our services do not suit your (mental) health, we also see this as an urgent reason to cancel. In the event of cancellation by Triptherapie, you are always entitled to a refund of all amounts already paid minus the deposit of \u2022 200.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Cancellations by the service recipient<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When booking an appointment, a deposit of \u20ac200 is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, the appointment is definitively booked. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cancelling or rescheduling the appointment can take place up to two weeks before the appointment without extra charges. When rescheduling an appointment, the deposit does not need to be paid again. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For cancellations or changes made within two weeks of the appointment, an additional fee of \u20ac175 will be charged (this is separate from the deposit).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at the client's request within 24 hours of the start of the session will be charged at 75%.
