Losing ego is essentially losing the boundary between yourself and everything that doesn&#039;t belong to you. The boundaries between your body and the universe blur. The boundaries between your thoughts and the will of the universe or the Creator no longer exist. Ego death occurs during a Triple Level 5 trip therapy session and has its advantages and disadvantages. The main advantage is the possibility of treating depression. The intensity of not being able to control your thoughts can be seen as a disadvantage. We&#039;ve chosen this strength of the trip together to help them develop a love for life and overcome depression. However, we do more than just coach the psychedelic therapy. In the weeks leading up to the trip therapy, we&#039;ll use it to develop a healthy lifestyle by recommending nutrition, supplements, and exercise.
