Hi! I have a question… I got a MS diagnosis 2 years ago and I’m taking the drug Tysabri (I’m getting treatment every sixth week at the hospital). I wonder if anybody knows if it’s a bad idea for me to take shrooms? The combination of tysabri and psilocybin?

Hi,
There seems to be no active interaction between tysabri and psychedelics. On a sidenote: Mushrooms in general can activate the autoimmune-system to become more active and that can be a problem with autoimmune-diseases, but most activation is present whilst protecting body-tissues.
Most MS treatments surpresses the immune-system. I think you should ask the doctor who precribes you the medication.
