About the effects
The rising and the beginning of the peak was very very dense and oppressive and accompanied by strong vibrations felt throughout my body and heard loud buzzing in my ear. I thought „OMG, please let it stop“ and I used the Shine meditation techniques where you focus on your deep breathing and let thoughts, images, emotions ( in my case here vibrations, buzzing and dr strange-like visions) just pass by without judging or grasping. BUT THEN I said to me : THIS IS YOUR TRIP(and I asked for it..)THEN WATCH IT, LOOK CLOSELY!!! And this changed everything, I watched everything that was presented to me; let everything directly enter me...I was ripped apart, my „ME“ was spread everywhere, I saw different dimensions etc., etc..and I WATCHED EVERYTHING VERY CLOSE WITHOUT EVEN TRYING TO DIM THE VISIONS DOWN. This liberated me from limiting beliefs about who I am NOT, made me stonger, even more fearless and cured me also somehow...all terrifying and fantastic at the same time.
About Marcel as a facilitator
Preparation, communication etc was as always handled very professionally by Marcel. This time I really enjoyed the aroma diffusing, colour changing lamp. I felt safe and protected by Marcel throughout the trip and especially if you have a higher dose and/or difficult trip it is important that the energy the facilitator is emanating is supportive, soothing and protective.
