Private MDMA session with Reineke

It was my third MDMA session. The first two were group sessions and this one was a private session which I chose to have with Reineke.

We had a prep Zoom call a week before the session to discuss my intentions and other organisation - related topics for the day. 

The session was intense (in a positive way) but I felt safe, supported and taken care of by Reineke at all times. I knew that I had the right person with me to take me through this process. 

Days after the session I'm receiving new insights, wisdom and I'm having important life-changing realisations which (I feel) would not be possible without working with this psychedelic but also without Reineke sharing her knowledge and wisdom. Having a good trip sitter is not just about keeping you safe but about contributing to your journey and to what happens after. To me Reineke was just the person I needed for this trip.
