What can I say?

For the first time in my life, I stepped across the bridge into a new world. I went on this trip with a very dear friend at his request.

The experience was absolutely top notch, and I look forward to sending others to make the journey, and additional visits myself.

It has been nearly two weeks, and I am still finding areas in my brain and thoughts that feel new.

My demeanor is overall much more calm and I sleep much better, most nights.
