Yes, on some medications like SSRI it's possible to attend a magic mushrooms ceremony. The usage of an SSRI or SNRI can reduce the effects of magic mushrooms, but it's not considered unsafe.
For other medication than SNRI or SSRI it could be a different story. Can you let us know what you're using and consult your own doctors perhaps?
