Hi, I'm writing you from Sweden. I have suffered from anxiety and depression some years now, sometimes it gets better but I often fell back. I have read a bit about psychedelics but never tried it before. I saw your webpage and I’m interested in coming to your place in the Netherlands and try psilocybin therepy if it can help me.

There are recently more and more foreign people from Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark coming from Scandinavia to the Netherlands for psychedelic therapy. Let me walk you through it step-by-step, so you can easily and confidently arrange your psilocybin session with us:

  1. Fill out the intake form:
    First, complete our intake form. It’s very important because it helps us understand your mental and physical health, any medications you're taking, and what your personal goals are. Based on your intake, we can advise the best session type and ensure your safety.

  2. Choose between private or group session:
    After the intake, you can decide if you prefer a private session — fully personalized, more intensive — or join a Psilocybin ceremony (group ceremony) with other participants. For private sessions, we even offer the option to organize it at your accommodation (hotel, Airbnb) if you prefer.

  3. Check availability and make a reservation:

  4. Plan your travel and stay:
    Most international clients book at least 2-3 nights in the Netherlands. We recommend arriving at least one day before your session to rest and acclimatize. The session day itself will be quite intense, and it’s wise to have a recovery day afterward. For private sessions we can also come to your accomadation in the Netherlands and if you prefer this, make sure it suits your needs for a psychedelic session. When you come to our location in Schiedam for one day and night, you can choose to book the night before the session a location nearby Schiedam (Rotterdam/The Hague).

  5. Preparation support:
    After booking, you will receive personalized advice regarding preparation — such as nutrition tips, supplements to boost serotonin naturally, and mental exercises — to maximize the positive effects of your journey.

  6. Session and integration:
    During your session, your guide will be with you the entire time to ensure safety and emotional support. After the experience, we also help you with integration: making sense of your experience and applying the insights into your daily life. This means that we can plan an integration call a week later.
