[Opgelost] Psilocybin retreat - where in the Netherlands?

Most of our psilocybin retreats in the Netherlands for groups are organized by us are held at the Psychedelic Loft in Schiedam, close to Rotterdam and The Hague. This setting is specifically designed for guided truffle ceremonies (using legal psilocybin-containing truffles) and offers a safe environment for deep personal work.

We also do private retreats for more privacy at the psychedelic loft, our new venue in Noordwijk and at location of our clients, like their homes, Airbnb or other rental accomodations. This makes it easy to do psychedelic sessions in the whole country.

Can you do two mushroom ceremonies in one week?

Yes, two psilocybin ceremonies in one week is possible, especially during a private retreat or one group and one private session format. However, it would be even better to space the sessions out a bit more, ideally with at least 7 to 10 days between them, to avoid tolerance buildup and to allow integration of insights from the first session.

For people who live in the Netherlands or are able to visit twice, we generally recommend spacing out the sessions by 4 to 8 weeks. This approach gives the brain and emotional system time to fully process and benefit from the effects of psilocybin, enhancing long-term transformation.

If you're coming from abroad and only have one week, we can still structure two ceremonies thoughtfully, possibly using different types of psychedelics or varying doses. But if you're flexible and can extend your stay to 9 days, you’ll gain much more therapeutic depth and reduce the chances of diminishing effects.

Suggested structure for a 1-week stay

• Day 1: Arrival and rest.
• Day 2: First ceremony or session (e.g., psilocybin).
• Day 3–4: Integration days, reflection, journaling, nature, coaching.
• Day 5 or 6: Second session or ceremony (e.g., higher truffle dose or psiloflora).
• Day 6–7: Rest, final integration, departure.

Recommended structure for a 9-day stay

• Day 1: Arrival and rest
• Day 2: First psilocybin ceremony or private session
• Day 3–5: Integration period (nature, journaling, 1:1 coaching if requested)
• Day 6: Optional light practice like breathwork, meditation or therapeutic work
• Day 7 or 8: Second ceremony or private session (truffle, psiloflora, or any other suitable)
• Day 8–9: Final integration, relaxation, and departure
