We've received your application to use our subsidy fund and will assess how much of a discount we can offer based on your income from the past year. We can only do this if you've submitted the correct document. We will respond to your submission within 48 hours.
Complete the intake form
Everyone who wishes to have a psychedelic session or ceremony with us must complete an intake form. This allows us to determine whether it's advisable to use psychedelics at all. If you've already completed the intake form, you don't need to do it again unless your medication use or medical conditions have changed. If you haven't yet completed the intake form, please do so now.
Psychedelic session or group ceremony?
Do you already know what kind of session you'd like to book if you receive the discount? Group sessions are relatively cheaper than individual sessions, especially if you receive the maximum discount.
