A duo session is suitable for two people who want to do a guided session together. That can be partners, but also friends or family members who want to experience this day together. Just as with the individual sessions, the emphasis is on privacy, personal alignment and peace.
For many duos, this format is a great middle ground between an individual session and joining a group. You share in the preparation, the setting and part of the experience, while at the same time leaving room to look at each person's background, intention, sensitivities and the way guidance fits best. As a result, a duo setup is personal, but also strongly connecting.
A duo session is well suited to people who want to go on an inner journey together without the dynamics of a larger group and to share a meaningful experience together. Or perhaps you are looking for your own personal depth, but with the closeness of another person. There are also pairs who like to come with someone they trust, so that safety, familiarity and connection are already present.
This format is therefore also suitable to book as partners, friends, brother and sister, or parent and child. As long as both participants enter into it consciously and there is mutual trust, this format can be very appropriate.
Together, but with space for your own process
Doing a session together does not mean that everything has to go identically. During the preparation, it is possible to look at how much emphasis should be placed on the shared experience and how much space is needed for each person's own process. For some duos, it works well to experience a lot together. For other duos, it is actually better to have more personal space.
It is precisely that flexibility which makes a duo session powerful. You come together, but the guidance does not have to be forced to be the same for both of you. In this way, both connection and personal depth can emerge.
Couples sessions for the relationship
Looking for more connection, understanding, finding the love for each other again and seeking out intimacy? This setting is exceptionally well-suited to working on your relationship. You share a special experience, but are also able to look more consciously at connection, openness and the way you want to treat one another. Sometimes it is possible that two sessions are needed for this, so that you can focus on your own goals as well as on the relationship.
In relationship-focused sessions, the initial session is often more focused on you as an individual. That first step revolves around personal growth, self-awareness and a better connection with yourself. What is it that you truly need? Because what would happen if you were feeling better within yourself? In many situations, we also see this creating more breathing space within the relationship.
The second session can then be dedicated to the relationship together. Here, the emphasis shifts from the introspection of the first session to openness, connection, communication, and experiencing the mutual dynamic together. This structure fits well with couples who not only want to experience something together, but want to invest in their relationship.
For the romantic relationship sessions, we can adjust the structure as desired, such as having the first session in separate rooms or at different times. Please feel free to let me know what feels right for you both.
Who suits you?
For a duo session, one supervisor is sufficient in approximately 95% of cases. For most duos, this is a logical and appropriate choice, as one experienced supervisor is usually sufficient to provide both participants with effective support during the preparation, the session itself and the follow-up integration.
Some duos consciously choose two facilitators. This can be attractive, for example, when both participants want a lot of individual attention, when it is a more relational trajectory, or when it simply feels more comfortable to work with extra guidance. Because this is more difficult to coordinate in terms of availability, location and costs, a session with two facilitators is tailor-made.
Anyone interested in a duo session with two facilitators is therefore best advised to beforehand contact us to discuss the wishes. In this way, it can be assessed what is practically achievable and which setup best suits your situation.

The locations
Where do you feel most comfortable? The session can take place in the comfort of your own home. But if you prefer otherwise, you can also book an Airbnb or hotel for this.
If you are from abroad, we will come to the location where you are staying. We can also recommend lovely locations that are particularly suitable for duos, such as multiple rooms or in nature.

Would you like to extend? It is possible to extend with extra coaching sessions, multiple sessions, or a walk in nature. Please feel free to indicate what you need.
