Quiet in me
In "Still in Me," radio presenters Bas Menting and Mart Meijer search for peace of mind. Together with Quest Psychology, they investigate how far you have to go to stop your thoughts, and whether that's even possible. They do this through twelve experiments. All to answer that one question: can you think of nothing?
Several episodes about not thinking
Bas Menting and Mart Meijer really pull out all the stops to switch off their thoughts. Skydiving, temperature extremes, quiet rooms, sex, and more. Listen to the podcast introduction here:
Quiet in me with magic truffles
In episode four, Mart explores whether magic truffles can help him get out of his head. Mart found us on his quest, and apparently, I, Marcel, was the only one willing to take on the adventure with cameras and recording equipment. On the day of the session, we were busy setting a goal for the session. We called it "beyond thinking.".

Ultimately, Mart took a medium dose during this session. As a result, he experienced quite a few effects. Curious about the session and want to hear some excerpts? Listen below.
