We'd like to show you this film because we believe in the same holistic approach as the film. Nutrition, lifestyle, naturopathy, exercise, and inner exploration like meditation are the foundations for a healthy foundation.
Skeptical about psychedelics
The film doesn't talk about psychedelics like ayahuasca or psilocybin (mushroom and truffle therapy). They clearly demonstrate that fear can reside in the subconscious and therefore cause illness. Meditation can help one connect with the subconscious. As an additional point, and as an option for reflection, we would like to mention that a psilocybin or DMT trip session, under the right guidance, works like a very deep meditation, with an effect superior to anything else available.
