A small group or a large group?
When it comes to psychedelic ceremonies, we prefer smaller groups. Smaller groups offer more space for everyone to embark on their own psychedelic journey, while still allowing for interaction between participants. Therefore, we never limit our groups to more than six people.
Individual psychedelic ceremonies are even better?
Most of the truffle ceremonies we facilitate are individual sessions with a therapeutic focus. In these one-on-one sessions, the entire ceremony is focused on the person receiving the ceremony, and personal wishes and needs can always be accommodated. This is a significant advantage in a therapeutic session. In groups, especially large ones, people can feel uncomfortable and may not want to disturb the group. The advantage of a group setting can be the interaction between individuals, and sometimes a situation arises where the emotions of others resonate, triggering a healing response through empathy. Being influenced by someone else in the group can be seen as either a positive or a negative thing. Therefore, there are advantages and disadvantages to group ceremonies.
Create your own group
With trip therapy, you can create your own group. This way, you won't be in a group with strangers. This can also be seen as both an advantage and a disadvantage, as some people are less willing to let loose in the presence of acquaintances. However, most people have a slight preference for a familiar group over an unfamiliar one, due to a sense of security and familiarity.
What do you prefer?
If your focus is on psychedelic therapy, consider an individual session. These sessions can take place anywhere in the Netherlands, including your home, Airbnb, vacation rentals, and hotels. For individual sessions, you can also use our space in Schiedam, which is actually quite large for one person.

For self-organized groups, you can suggest a space, but the space specifically designed for psychedelic ceremonies in Schiedam is ideal for groups. The ideal number of people is 4, but the space in Schiedam can accommodate 1-6 people.

Participate in an open psychedelic ceremony
Would you like to participate in an open psychedelic ceremony with strangers? That's possible too. We organize an open ceremony at least once a month. The next open ceremony will be a psilocybin ceremony with a maximum of 6 participants. More information can be found via the link.
