Hi, I need to to fly-in for my psychedelic session.
I'm trying to understand what time of the day I should arrive and how long should I stay.
I'm a little bit low on budget.

What time you usually do the sessions? Is it realistic to arrive in the morning, do early check in and then start the session? Is one night sufficient?

Timing and rest are crucial parts of a meaningful psychedelic experience. Here’s how to plan your trip realistically and comfortably, based on your budget and goals:

  1. Budget-friendly but not ideal: It is possible to fly in on the same day and start your session that afternoon. Most sessions begin between 10:00 and 13:00, but if you're working with Marcel, he can flexibly start later, even around 15:00 or 17:00 when requested. Still, we don’t usually recommend this approach, as rushing straight from a flight into a deep inner journey can sometimes affect the session.

  2. Optimal planning: For the best results, plan to arrive one day before your session so you can rest and ground yourself. Your session would take place on day 2, ideally starting between 10:00 and 13:00. Then, keep day 3 as a rest day, since many people feel physically or emotionally drained after a session. On day 4, you can travel home with a clearer head and heart.

  3. Extra comfort? Add days: If your schedule and budget allow, consider adding extra days before and/or after. This gives you more space for reflection, adjustment, and self-care. This is especially useful if you're combining the session with a bit of travel or recovery time.

  4. Doing multiple sessions? Space them out: If you're planning on doing more than one session  allow at least one full week in between. This gives your body and psyche the time they need to fully integrate and avoid emotional overload.
