What’s your approach if you notice I’m stuck in a loop or struggling during my psychedelic trip— do you intervene or stay silent?

A short period of struggle or looping is not necessarily a problem. In fact, it can sometimes be therapeutically useful. Repetition can help a person confront something unresolved, and temporary disorientation might lead to breakthrough if held safely.

So initially, we let it be and observe closely. The goal isn’t to rush in and "fix" the experience, but to allow space for your own inner healing intelligence to unfold.

However, if we notice that the loop becomes counterproductive or distressing — for example, if it leads to panic, physical agitation, or emotional shutdown — we gently intervene. That can be as simple as a grounding touch (with consent), a few soothing words, a shift in music, or suggesting a change in posture or breath.

We’re always present, attuned, and ready to support — but we act only when it truly serves your process. This balance of watchful presence and gentle guidance is a core part of safe and effective psychedelic therapy.

Your autonomy and inner experience come first — and our role is to support that, not override it.
