Reschedule instead of canceling:

- Within 2 weeks: €175 amendment fee
- Free up to 2 weeks before the session

Full cancellation policy:
Cancellations from trip therapy
If no deposit is received within 24 hours of booking, we will cancel the booking.
Urgent reasons such as illness or unforeseen cancellations of our employees may result in the cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment. If we suspect that our services are not suitable for your (mental) health, we also consider this an urgent reason to cancel. If you cancel through Triptherapie, you are always entitled to a refund of all amounts already paid, minus the €200 deposit.
Cancellations from service recipient
When booking an appointment, a deposit of €200 is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, the appointment is confirmed. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable if the service provider cancels.
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to two weeks before the scheduled appointment at no extra cost. When rescheduling an appointment, the deposit does not need to be paid again.
For cancellations or changes within two weeks of the appointment, an additional fee of €175 will be charged (this is in addition to the deposit).
Appointments canceled or rescheduled at the request of the service provider within 24 hours of the session will be charged at 75%. In exceptional circumstances, or if someone else can be scheduled on the day of the cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a lower fee or not at all.
