Neurochemistry and psychedelic therapy

During the preparation of trip therapy, we offer advice on improving the neurochemistry in our clients' brains. This is something that is almost never done in conventional healthcare. A psychologist will almost never offer anything other than talk therapy. Yet, neurochemistry—all those chemical messengers—plays a crucial role in what you think and how you feel. Watch the following video to learn why we treat neurochemistry in mental health conditions.

Neurochemistry and psychology

Incidentally, the way we think also influences which chemical messengers (neurotransmitters) are released in our brain, which chemicals we ingest through food, and that, in turn, influences our thoughts. Thus, the circle is complete, and you realize that everything influences everything. When we address both neurochemistry and thought processes through psychedelic therapy and neurochemical preparation, the impact is greatest.

Neurochemistry + psychedelic therapy = trip therapy

Our services combine as many beneficial elements as possible to promote healthy body and mind functioning, while respecting the concept of mind and body as separate entities. The first step is completing an intake form with a neurotransmitter test. Based on this, we will offer advice on balancing neurochemistry before conducting a psychedelic session.
