Multi-day psychedelic retreats
New at Triptherapie are the three-day psychedelic retreats, which are even more focused on therapeutic support. We organize these in addition to the standard truffle ceremonies. In this article, we explain the added value of the longer psilocybin retreats compared to the shorter ceremonies or individual therapy sessions.
The three-day retreat explained in brief
The new three-day psychedelic retreat is an intensive program focused on personal growth and awareness. During this retreat, two experienced therapists combine a guided truffle ceremony with body-oriented exercises, meditation, breathwork, and integration sessions, so that insights are anchored not only mentally but also physically and emotionally. The three days consist of a day of intention and body awareness, a main ceremony with truffles in a safe setting, and an integration day to process experiences and connect them to daily life. The retreat offers space for a maximum of six participants to work deeply on personal transformation in a small, intimate group.
The difference with the regular truffle ceremony
The difference with the regular truffle ceremony The three-day retreat goes much further than just the experience of the trip itself. While a standard truffle ceremony focuses primarily on the trip itself, the retreat offers a complete therapeutic process with preparation, ceremony, and integration spread over several days. Participants receive more guidance from two certified therapists, work with in-depth therapeutic methods such as IFS, breathwork, and body-oriented exercises, and have time to gently allow insights to sink in. This structure creates more space for processing, emotional release, and lasting change, allowing the experience to have a deeper impact on daily life.
The supervising therapists
For regular ceremonies, we typically have one therapist and one trip sitter, but for retreats, we choose to always use two therapists. This allows us to offer more personalized attention both during and after the ceremony and to tap more deeply into what emerges for each participant. The presence of two experienced facilitators provides additional safety, calm, and professional support, allowing participants to fully surrender to the process. Moreover, this approach allows for the natural combination of different therapeutic approaches for a more balanced and transformative experience. Ronald and Reineke complement each other well and are the supervising therapists during these three-day retreats.
Ronald is a psychosocial therapist and has completed the following training: Jungian Philosophical Therapist, Psychodrama Therapist, Master Voice Dialogue, Transformational Psychology, Internal Family System (IFS), Mindfulness and Compassion Trainer.
As a psychologist, Reineke combines both conventional and alternative care methods to provide the best possible treatment. She uses various techniques, such as talk therapy, yoga, breathing exercises, and EMDR, combined with the therapeutic effects of psychedelics.
Agenda ceremonies & retreats
Below you'll find the available dates for both the regular truffle ceremonies (two days) and the extended truffle retreats with a subsequent integration day (three days). To confirm a reservation, you must complete an intake form to check for contraindications and reserve a day. The order of the sessions doesn't matter much, but we recommend completing the intake first to determine whether you can participate.
