In-depth therapeutic truffle retreat
For those who want more therapeutic guidance around psychedelic ceremonies, such as a truffle ceremony, we offer a four-day retreat with a carefully structured program for preparation, ceremony, and integration. This retreat offers a legal way to experience the power of psilocybin, present in magical truffles, within a safe and professional setting.
This retreat is more in-depth because the emphasis is not only on the psychedelic experience itself, but on the entire therapeutic process that surrounds it. The four-day structure with an online group preparation, a guided truffle ceremony, and an extensive integration day supports the inner journey on a physical, emotional, relational, and existential level.
Methods such as IFS, Voice Dialogue, TSM Psychodrama, Interpersonal Mindfulness, self-compassion-oriented work, existential therapy, Focusing, narrative therapy, and trauma-sensitive guidance are used. In this way, insights are given the space to not only be understood but also felt, embodied, and integrated into daily life step by step.
The guidance is provided by Ronald Hochstenbach and Elke van den Neucker. Ronald brings experience in trauma, inner parts, symbolism, mindfulness and deep transformation processes. Elke works from a warm, existential and trauma-sensitive approach, with an emphasis on meaning, connection, relationship and the translation of experiences into everyday life. Together, they offer a safe, human-centered and professional framework in which healing, insight and growth can unfold.
Six weeks later, a follow-up online session follows the retreat. This helps to further explore the insights gained, refine them, and apply them practically in daily life.
