The surroundings
Our location is a little secluded and you will only come across other residential houseboats in the immediate vicinity. De Bedding is located by the Ertveldplas, a water-rich and tranquil area on the edge of ’s-Hertogenbosch. Although the city is relatively close by, the urban feel virtually disappears as soon as you enter the area.
The immediate surroundings are dominated by water, air and greenery. There is little traffic and hardly any visual or auditory busyness. This natural tranquillity noticeably contributes to relaxation and mental space. Many participants experience the setting as calming, stable and safe, which forms an important foundation for introspective and therapeutic processes.
Transport & route
For this location we recommend coming by car. From Den Bosch Central station it is a 47-minute walk (3.5 km). You can get a bit closer with bus route 166, but you are still looking at a 25-minute walk. Use Google Maps to plan your journey. Are you travelling by public transport? If so, we recommend taking a taxi from ‘s-Hertogenbosch central station or, if you are able-bodied, a half-hour walk.

Parking
Parking is free throughout the entire area, and from the car park you walk along a gravel path to the entrance of the venue. Part of the route is a gravel path, so please take care if you have mobility issues or use a wheelchair. Navigate to this location for the parking spaces.

Temporarily no location fees for private sessions with Gijs
Currently, this is an interesting option within the Triptherapie range. A private session at De Bedding in Den Bosch costs €850 in total and that amount includes the session itself, the venue and an overnight stay. Normally, venue costs are added to a private session at an external location, but in this case the hire of the venue is temporarily included. That makes this option attractive
What makes this option extra interesting is that you do not need to arrange accommodation separately. Especially for people coming from further away or travelling from abroad, this can make a significant difference to the total costs. Instead of a separate session plus a hotel or Airbnb, here you have one complete package in a quiet and controlled location.

Truffle ceremony calendar
Upon participation in a truffle ceremony or psychedelic retreat at Triptherapie, a fully inclusive programme is included, allowing you to focus entirely on your inner journey.
The group sessions take place at our locations and always include the following:
- A personal preparation plan based on an initial assessment
- The full psychedelic ceremony with a legal psychedelic
- Guidance by two experienced therapists or tripsitters
- aromatherapy, music and other in-depth techniques
- A healthy meal after the ceremony
- Overnight stay on site, with comfortable beds or mattresses.
- Breakfast the following morning
- A telephone integration interview a few days after the session
