An individual session offers the space to fully tune in to your situation, wishes and intention, without the dynamics of a group. That very peace, exclusive attention and freedom may be the best suitable choice for you. The choice for an individual psychedelic session depends heavily on your personal preference.
Would you like to choose a specific practitioner because of their background, working method, or level of experience? Or simply because it feels right and safe for you?
To help you, we provide more information below about the supervisors and their availability.
Who suits you?
For almost everyone who books an individual session, the practitioner is the most important choice. Many people look at someone's background, experience, way of working and the personal feeling they evoke. Because an individual session is so personal, a good match with the practitioner outweighs the location or the available date for most people. View our therapists and tripsitters below.

The location
Everything is possible. There are multiple locations where the session can take place. For instance, we can come to your home, but if you prefer to hire a hotel or Airbnb near the facilitator's location or one that is in nature, this is also possible.
Are you coming from abroad? We are happy to help you find a suitable place. The guides at Triptherapie each have their own working area within the Netherlands. Together they form a nationwide network, meaning a suitable guide is available in many places across the country. Anyone with a strong preference for a specific guide is advised to book accommodation in their working area or choose a location where this guide operates.
Use the tool below to view the coverage area for each practitioner and the cost for a private session at the entered location.

Explanation of all the options within this decision support tool
This tool is designed to quickly provide insight into the various ways a session through Triptherapie can be scheduled. The tool combines three things in one overview. You can choose the number of people, enter a starting location to have distances and travel times calculated, and switch between map view for sessions at your own location or sessions at a Triptherapie location. As a result, you not only get a price indication, but also an immediate practical picture of which facilitators or locations make the most sense.
The layout is as follows. On the left, you see the selector for the number of people, and below that, the two tables. The first table lists the facilitators for sessions at your own location. The second table lists the fixed Trip Therapy locations. On the right, you see the map. Using the map view, you can choose whether you want to see the facilitators or the locations on the map. The tables remain visible so that you can always compare both types of options side by side.
Enter start location and calculate
At the top, you enter a place or address, for example Amsterdam. Then you press the Calculate button. The tool uses that input to show two types of information.
When looking at the supervisors at their own location, distance, travel time, travel expenses and the total amount are taken into account. As a result, you can see not only who is available or a logical choice in terms of working area, but also what that means financially.
At the Triptherapy locations, the distance and travel time from your entered location to the chosen fixed location are looked at. No extra travel cost calculation for the guide is added on top of that, because it concerns a session at a fixed location of Triptherapy.
If you do not enter a starting location, the tool will still display all supervisors and all locations with their base prices for the chosen number of people. As soon as you do enter a location, the calculations will be added.
Number of people
The Number of people option is above the tables in the left-hand column. This is used to determine for how many people the price is calculated. The tool works with three choices.
For 1 person, the base price applies.
For 2 people, 500 euros is added to the base price.
For 3 people, a total of 1000 euros is added to the base price.
That means the tool automatically adjusts when you switch between one, two or three people. Both the supervisor table and the location table are then recalculated. This allows you to immediately see the difference between an individual session, a duo session or a session for three people with one supervisor.
Session at own premises
When you look at the support workers, it involves sessions at a location of the client's choice. That can be at home, in a hotel, in an Airbnb, or in another suitable private environment, for example. In the table you can see the place of residence for each support worker, or after calculation the distance, travel expenses, travel time, and the total amount.
The tool also takes practical limits into account here. Some support workers can be deployed more quickly across a larger area, whereas for others the maximum travel time is more limited. As a result, you sometimes see support workers in normal text, sometimes in orange, and sometimes crossed out in red. This helps to distinguish between a good fit, just about possible, or practically less suitable.
This table is especially useful for people who prefer to work in their own familiar environment, or who want to research which support worker best suits their location financially and practically.
Session at a psychedelic therapy location
The second table shows the fixed locations of Triptherapie. These are locations you travel to instead of a guide coming to you. In this overview you will see the town or city, and after calculation also the distance and travel time from your starting location. The total amount changes with the number of people.
This option is useful when you prefer to use a fixed setting that is already suitable for the session. In that case, you are not so much comparing facilitators by travel time, but rather the different locations and their total price.
Map view
On the right is the map. Above the map, you can use the map view to choose what you want to see on the map.
If you choose Own accommodation, the map will display the supervisors. You will then see approximately where the various supervisors are located. If you have entered a starting location and pressed Calculate, routes can also be displayed.
If you choose the Triptherapie location, the map will display the fixed locations instead. This allows you to see visually which location is most convenient geographically in relation to your starting point.
The map view only changes the map. Both tables on the left remain visible, so you don't have to switch between screens while comparing.

What is included?
A psychedelic session consists of more than just the day of the session itself. The intake, personal preparation, prior contact, the session itself and the subsequent integration are always included. For sessions at our locations, standard overnight accommodation and food and drink are included.
Would you like to extend? It is possible to extend with extra coaching sessions, multiple sessions, or a walk in nature. Please feel free to indicate what you need. We can also offer a multi-day retreat with several overnight stays in beautiful locations, which is especially useful for people coming from abroad or who really want to take some time for themselves.

Frequently asked questions
Enquiries regarding private psychedelic sessions
Here you'll find answers to frequently asked questions about privately guided psychedelic sessions. Is your question not listed here? Contact us.
No, not everyone can have a psychedelic session without issues. We always assess each client's profile on a case-by-case basis and let you know after registration whether we can accept the application.
Yes, thanks to our staff network, we can offer our services at any address in the Netherlands.
For most people, the practitioner is the most important factor when booking an individual session. Their background, approach, level of experience and the personal connection one feels with someone often play a greater role than the location or the date. Because an individual session is so personal, many clients consider a good match with the practitioner to be the most important thing.
An individual session is more than just the day of the session itself. The programme consists of the intake, personal preparation, prior contact, the guided session, and subsequent integration. For sessions at our locations, overnight accommodation and food and drink are included as standard.
In advance, you never know for sure whether a single session will be enough. Sometimes it is, but that varies per person, per intention, and how the experience unfolds. Therefore, most people book per session and together we look afterwards whether another session is still desirable.
Another popular approach is to schedule two sessions. The first session is then often somewhat lower in dose, so that someone can first gently familiarise themselves with the effects. About four weeks later, a second session can follow with a higher dosage and often more depth.
In practice, our customers usually book a total of one, two or three sessions.
Ideally, there should be about four to eight weeks between two sessions. That intervening period allows space for the experience to sink in, to integrate insights, and to assess without haste whether a subsequent session is desirable.
In some cases people choose to schedule a second session sooner, for example when they are only in the Netherlands for a limited time. If time is short, it is also possible to do two sessions in one week. Even so, an interval of about one to two months is usually preferred, as this creates more peace and space between the sessions.
In addition, we also see many clients who maintain a longer interval. That is usually connected with personal preference. They often only book again when they feel that a subsequent session is desired. Think of this as one session every six months or one session a year.
Yes, during an individual session it is possible to have a confidential adviser present. That can be, for example, a partner, friend, acquaintance, your own therapist or someone else with whom you feel safe and at ease. Preferably, this is someone who remains quietly present and does not demand much attention during the session. During sessions at our locations, you may always invite one confidant and they are allowed to stay overnight at no extra charge.
Based on the registration, your preference and the legal possibilities, we can coordinate which substance to use. This can be discussed prior to the session day and, if necessary, still be adjusted.
Yes, one guided psilocybin session is possible. To be able to do it legally in the Netherlands, we use magic truffles which also contain psilocybin. That is why it is often a truffle session named.
