2. What data we collect and why
Contact form
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message. We use this exclusively to answer your question.
Intake form
Before you can book a session, you complete an intake form. This is necessary to be able to assess your safety during a psychedelic session. Among other things, we ask here about:
- Contact details (name, age, location, email, phone number)
- Your goals for the session
- Medication use
- Current and previous drug use
- Mental health conditions
- Suicidal tendencies or a previous episode of psychosis
- Physical ailments
- Answers to the neurotransmitter test
Please note: part of this data (medication use, psychological and physical conditions, suicidality) is classified under the law as a special category of personal data (health data). We only process this data with your explicit consent, which you give by completing and submitting the intake form. We use this information exclusively to:
- Recognising contraindications for the use of psychedelics
- To carry out a security clearance
- To draw up personal preparation advice (nutrition, supplements, mental preparation)

Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we will use your email address to send you a newsletter no more than once a month. We do this via our sending platform Sender. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every newsletter.
Trippy (chatbot)
When you use our chatbot, Trippy, you may share personal information such as your name, email address and telephone number during the conversation. Trippy uses ChatGPT (OpenAI) to answer questions about psychedelic guidance.

Trippy does not provide medical advice, does not replace professional guidance, and may contain inaccuracies. It is strongly advised not to combine your real name with medical diagnoses, health data, or medication use.
Prijstool met kaart en reisafstand
Op de pagina’s over individuele sessies en duosessies staat een prijstool. Daarmee kun je uitrekenen wat een sessie kost, op basis van de afstand tot onze begeleiders en locaties. Vul je in de tool een plaats of adres in, dan sturen we dat samen met je IP-adres naar Google (Google Maps Platform). Google gebruikt dit om de kaart te tonen en de afstand, reistijd en route te berekenen.
Het ingevulde adres slaan wij zelf niet op en we koppelen het niet aan je naam, je intake of een boeking. Het adres wordt wel toegevoegd aan de adresbalk van je browser (achter ?zoek=). Deel je die link met iemand, dan deel je dus ook het ingevulde adres. Voor een indicatie van de kosten is een plaatsnaam of postcode voldoende. Een volledig huisadres is niet nodig.
Financial data
Payments are made via bank transfer. We keep the financial records required for this as legally mandated (7 years).
3. Why we are permitted to process this data
We process your data on the basis of:
- Jouw uitdrukkelijke toestemming: voor de intake en het gebruik van Trippy, met name voor gezondheidsgegevens
- De uitvoering van een overeenkomst: voor het plannen en uitvoeren van een geboekte sessie
- Een wettelijke verplichting: voor het bewaren van financiële administratie
- Je eigen aanmelding: voor de nieuwsbrief, met de mogelijkheid om je op elk moment af te melden
- Ons gerechtvaardigd belang: voor de prijstool, zodat je zelf snel inzicht krijgt in de kosten en de beschikbare begeleiders
4. How long we retain data
- Intake forms and email correspondence: 2 years, unless you request removal sooner
- Financial records 7 years (statutory retention period)
- Session reports: only with your permission, otherwise deleted after the session
- Newsletter details: for as long as you remain registered, until you unsubscribe
- Adressen uit de prijstool: worden door ons niet opgeslagen
5. Who we share data with
We never sell your data to third parties. We work with the following parties, who act as processors on our behalf:
- Elementor Hosting: voor het hosten van onze website
- Sender: voor het verzenden van onze nieuwsbrief
- OpenAI: voor het verwerken van gesprekken via chatbot Trippy
- Google (Google Maps Platform): voor de kaart en de afstandsberekening in de prijstool. Google ontvangt hierbij je IP-adres en het adres dat je invult. Google kan gegevens verwerken buiten de Europese Economische Ruimte. Meer informatie vind je in het privacybeleid van Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy
6. Cookies
Onze website gebruikt no tracking, analytical or marketing cookies. We gebruiken alleen functionele cookies en opslag in je browser die nodig zijn om de website goed te laten werken, bijvoorbeeld om je taalkeuze te onthouden (via TranslatePress) en om te onthouden dat je de cookiemelding hebt weggeklikt. Hiervoor is geen aparte toestemming vereist.
Let op: op pagina’s met de prijstool laden we Google Maps. Google ontvangt daarbij je IP-adres. Lees hierover meer onder “Prijstool met kaart en reisafstand” en “Met wie we gegevens delen”.
Should this change in the future, we will update this statement and, where necessary, ask for your consent.
Security
We nemen passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen om jouw gegevens te beschermen tegen verlies of onrechtmatige verwerking. Mocht er onverhoopt sprake zijn van een datalek dat risico’s voor jou met zich meebrengt, dan melden we dit conform de wettelijke verplichtingen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens en, indien nodig, aan jou.
