Magic truffle therapy at Good Times Bad Times (GTST)
During episode 6405 of Good Times Bad Times, Ludo's therapist advises Sanders magic truffle therapy On. This also happens sometimes guided tripping called trip therapy. For our taste, this is done in a way that is too forceful. Here at trip therapy we advise you to do it alone out of complete personal consideration. The knowledge that someone does it for their own reasons helps to allow the effect of the psilocybin/psilocin from the truffles.

Ongoing guided trip?
At the end of the episode you see Ludo Sanders tripping while walking during his psychedelic session. In almost all truffle sessions as therapy, it is not actually the intention that people walk around under the influence as that focuses their attention too much outward. During the peak of such a session, the idea is to lie down with your eyes closed and let yourself be guided by the music and scents with the occasional question in between.

Dosage and preparation
Perhaps we are too early to comment and in the next episodes we will see more about how we think such a session should go. Furthermore, we have not seen anything about what dosage is used and what additional preparation has been done. Customers who register with us for a guided truffle ceremony receive advice based on the intake. We also provide advice regarding the dosage as there is a big difference between the dosages.

Magic truffles and psychedelics are not for everyone
In the presence of some (mental) conditions it is better not to use psychedelics. For example, schizophrenia, borderline and serious blood and/or heart complaints are contraindications. After completing the intake, we can assess whether you can participate in one magic truffle session.
