You are more beautiful than you think!
99% of the population is more beautiful than their self-image. Why do people view themselves so critically and see everything that isn't beautiful about themselves? A mole can already do so much to damage one's self-image, while others see it as merely a characteristic of a person.
The negative pattern
The more often someone lies to themselves about being ugly or worthless, the more likely they are to believe that lie. The root of this lie is usually bullying. Bullying exists to put others down, thereby increasing the bully's relative value. Other causes can include:
- Comparing yourself too much to others
- Not feeling appreciated during childhood
- Anxiety including fear of failure
Ultimately, we can trace all reasons back to fear. The fear of not being good enough.

Not being good enough
You're causing yourself a lot of grief if you're not good enough for yourself. You'll express this through verbal and especially non-verbal communication. Non-verbal communication, such as body language, is consciously and unconsciously perceived by others, and a reaction automatically follows. Others will also see you as inferior, which makes the whole thing even more difficult. This is the effect of a negative spiral of low self-esteem.
Low self-esteem can lead to complaints ranging from despondency, depression, anxiety, burnout to physical complaints.
Positive spiral
Moving from the negativity of the negative spiral to a positive one isn't easy. Breaking old patterns is difficult because of how our brains work. Thinking yourself ill due to low self-esteem is proof that this way of thinking can be very powerful. So why don't we use it to our advantage? To return to a positive spiral, we use how consciousness (the mind) and the body work together.
Physical support
To reverse the hormonal impact of a negative self-image, we always provide our clients with nutritional and supplement advice. We also offer exercises designed to ensure the body provides feedback to the subconscious that things are going well. This will provide a solid foundation for psychological support.

Psychological support
The best therapies for breaking negative patterns are hypnotherapy, meditative therapy, or psychedelic therapy. We choose psychedelic therapy with psilocybin, whose effect is so powerful that only one or two sessions of 4-6 hours are needed. During psilocybin therapy, it's possible to break all patterns because the subconscious and conscious minds can communicate freely. Blockages that are usually inaccessible then come to light. From this state, we can work on real solutions that are unique to each person.
Overview of treatment methods for low self-esteem
Typically, we work with most clients on a schedule that looks like this:
- Report
- Advice on nutrition, exercise and supplements based on point 1
- A period of 2-3 weeks to review progress from point 2
- An individual psilocybin therapy (Unless a group is additionally beneficial or preferred)
- Same-Day Psilocybin Therapy Debriefing
- After about 1-2 weeks, another follow-up meeting
