Liability
Before agreeing to purchase a service, you should read all information regarding the service on the site. You are personally liable for the outcomes resulting from our service provision.
Our guidance contains no medical advice and does not replace professional medical or psychological care. Our programmes cannot be used as therapy for psychological diagnoses. We therefore do not treat diagnoses. Always consult your own practitioner before participating in a psychedelic session, especially in the event of:
- Use of medication
- Mental health conditions
- Cardiovascular problems
- Other medical conditions
If our advice contradicts the medical advice you have received from your specialist, you must consult your specialist and inform them of our advice. With the agreement of your (medical) specialist, we can continue the service subject to any conditions. Furthermore, you are liable for the accuracy of the information provided by you. Hidden physical and/or psychological abnormalities that manifest during or after our services are at your own risk, as is the aggravation of already known symptoms/complaints/disorders.
Our guides operate solely and exclusively in the role of tripsitters during the session.
Informed consent
By booking a session you declare*:

✓ To provide medical information completely and truthfully
✓ To be aware that psychedelic guidance is not a medical treatment
✓ To take personal responsibility for the experience
*on the day of the session, this will be signed additionally by means of a declaration containing these points.
Psychedelica
Legality
All substances used by us are legal variants and do not fall under the Opium Act or the Medicines Act.
Risks
Although psychedelic guidance can have many positive effects,
are there also any risks associated with the use. These include, among others:
- Psychological challenges during the experience
- Temporary intensification of emotions
- Possible triggering of latent psychological problems
Responsibility
The participant is responsible for:
- Thorough research into effects and risks
- Fully inform about medical history
- Compliance with preparation guidelines
Reservation and cancellation policy

Rescheduling instead of cancelling:
Reschedule appointment:
- Within 2 weeks: € 175 amendment fee
- Free up to 2 weeks before the session

Full cancellation policy:
Cancellations from trip therapy
If we do not receive a deposit within 48 hours of booking, we will cancel the reservation made.
Urgent reasons such as illness or unforeseen cancellation by our employees may cause the appointment to be cancelled or rescheduled. If a suspicion arises in the meantime that our services do not suit your (mental) health, we also see this as an urgent reason to cancel. In the event of cancellation by Triptherapie, you are always entitled to a refund of all amounts already paid minus the deposit of • 200.
Cancellations by the service recipient
When booking an appointment, a deposit of €200 is required. Upon receipt of this deposit, the appointment is definitively booked. Please note: the deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client.
Cancelling or rescheduling the appointment can take place up to two weeks before the appointment without extra charges. When rescheduling an appointment, the deposit does not need to be paid again.
For cancellations or changes made within two weeks of the appointment, an additional fee of €175 will be charged (this is separate from the deposit).
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at the client's request within 24 hours of the start of the session will be charged at 75%. In exceptional cases or if someone else can be scheduled on the day of cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a lower fee or no fee at all.

When you use our chatbot Trippy used, you can submit and have stored information such as personal information, including names, email addresses and phone numbers, in the chat or connected email.
Technology
Trippy uses ChatGPT (OpenAI) to answer questions
about psychedelic guidance.
Privacy guarantee
- Conversations are processed via OpenAI’s API
- Triptherapie staff can view conversations for quality assurance
- No sharing with third parties outside of OpenAI's data processing agreement
- Conversations are deleted upon request
