Truffle Ceremony: Discovering Yourself

A truffle ceremony is a unique experience where, under the guidance of an experienced facilitator, you use psychedelic truffles to embark on an inner journey to yourself. Truffles are natural products containing psilocybin, a substance that can alter your consciousness and help you find deep insights, healing, and transformation. A truffle ceremony is a safe and respectful way to experience the power of these wondrous mushrooms.

At Triptherapie, we offer various truffle ceremony options, depending on your situation, purpose, and preference. You can choose an individual ceremony, a couple's ceremony, or a group ceremony. Our guides specialize in facilitating psychedelic sessions and create a safe and supportive environment. We also use other techniques that vary per ceremony, such as breathwork, meditation, music, aromatherapy, and coaching, to make your truffle ceremony as optimal as possible. We also emphasize preparation through personalized advice.

Why a truffle ceremony?

Scientific research

Many people choose a truffle session or truffle ceremony at Triptherapie because of the positive results achieved in scientific studies. The active ingredient in magic mushrooms and truffles, psilocybin, is used in these studies, and the following topics are relatively frequently researched.

Depression

Psilocybin from truffles can reduce symptoms of depression and improve well-being in people who don't respond or respond insufficiently to standard treatment. Psilocybin can also promote neuroplasticity and neurogenesis, meaning it can help the brain create and rebuild new connections.

Fear

Psilocybin can reduce anxiety in people suffering from life-threatening illnesses, such as cancer. Psilocybin can also reduce existential dread and increase a sense of purpose and connection.

Addiction

Psilocybin can help people quit smoking, drinking alcohol, or using other drugs. Psilocybin can increase motivation to change, reduce cravings, and strengthen self-control.

Cluster headaches

Psilocybin can reduce the frequency and intensity of cluster headaches, a very painful form of headache that is difficult to treat. Psilocybin can also enhance the preventative effect of other medications.

The truffle ceremony is not for everyone

It's important to understand that a truffle ceremony isn't suitable for everyone. People with certain medical conditions or mental disorders, such as anxiety or schizophrenia, can have very negative and traumatic experiences during a truffle ceremony. Therefore, it's wise to complete an intake form so we can assess your suitability to participate. Completing the intake helps us create a safe and structured environment for all participants, and we base our personal preparation on the intake. It's important to understand the potential risks and take precautions, starting with completing the intake form.
