Reasons for a truffle session
Everyone is different and therefore everyone has his/her own reasons for choosing an individual truffle session. The reasons range from therapeutic and spiritual to creative. It's important to visualize why you're drawn to a truffle session. Most clients who opt for individual truffle sessions do so for therapeutic reasons, particularly those for depression, social anxiety, or addiction.
How we can help you
After completing the online intake, you'll receive advice on the type of session and dosage that suits you. From there, you can schedule an appointment using the links provided in the email with your advice. In most cases, we'll also indicate how much preparation time you'll need to improve your neurochemistry, for example. Based on the intake, we'll assess any potential imbalances in neurotransmitter ratios (brain signaling molecules). If an imbalance is found, we'll offer advice (supplements, nutrition, and exercise) to achieve a better balance, which will improve your mood and make your truffle session more enjoyable. You can also expect small assignments and reading and/or viewing suggestions to help you prepare for the session and develop the ideas you've gathered into solutions.
At which location can the truffle session take place?
You can choose to come to our location in Schiedam for a private truffle session. This space is suitable for individual sessions and groups of up to six people. To save money, or if you prefer, you can also have a truffle session at your home anywhere in the Netherlands. Would you prefer an open group truffle ceremony?
At our location in Schiedam, we organize monthly open group truffle ceremonies. These ceremonies allow you to participate in a ceremony with other (unknown) participants. Each ceremony has its own theme, in addition to your own goals/themes. On the following page, you can find the dates for these group truffle ceremonies.
