Psilocybin from truffles
Other names for a truffle ceremony are mushroom ceremony or psilocybin ceremony. We use psilocybin-containing truffles during a truffle ceremony. A truffle ceremony can be used as a spiritual tool, a new experience, or as therapy. Therefore, we sometimes also refer to mushroom therapy, truffle therapy, or psilocybin therapy. All these terms are based on the truffle ceremony.
Effects of the average dose of psilocybin
It won't surprise you that higher doses produce more psychedelic effects than lower doses. The intensity of the psychedelic journey is therefore divided into five trip levels. An average dose produces the effects of a trip with trip level 3.
Trip level 3 (Medium dose)
Very clearly perceptible visuals; everything seems warped or distorted. Patterns can be seen on walls, objects, faces, etc. Mild hallucinations can occur, such as the effect of flowing rivers in wood grain or other textures. Some sensory confusion, such as seeing sound as color, etc. Time distorts, making everything seem to take place in the "now." From this level onward, it is already quite possible to connect with the subconscious mind, while still being very easily controlled. Fears that cause stress can reside in the subconscious without conscious awareness. This level is useful for combating these fears from the subconscious. Fears often originate from the past and/or the future. These fears are not real in the present, and acceptance is possible during this triple level.
Who is the medium dose truffle ceremony suitable for?
A medium-dose truffle ceremony is ideal for beginners. A low-dose truffle ceremony is only performed if anxiety is too much of a factor. We often advise clients who have previously experienced a psychedelic journey to also do a high-dose truffle ceremony. Therefore, for beginners with a healthy dose of anxiety, the medium dose is often the best choice. See the schedule below for our advice.

Individually or as a group
You can choose whether you want to participate in a truffle ceremony individually or as a group. For therapeutic purposes, we recommend keeping the group small. For individual sessions, it is, of course, acceptable to have an additional friend (or confidant) present.
You can form your own group, preferably with the people you trust most. In some cases, it's actually helpful not to participate in a truffle ceremony individually. Consider, for example, relationship therapy or other forms of commitment issues.
At your location or ours?
We're flexible regarding the location, as long as it's within the Netherlands. We can perform our individual, small-scale ceremonies at your home, a hotel, or a rented Airbnb, where you choose who will participate. In most cases, it's more cost-effective to have your own location, as you'll be in your own comfort zone and won't have to travel after the trip. This can contribute to inner peace during the psychedelic experience.
