I can’t thank you enough, Ronald. I’m not sure what I expected before I did these 4 MDMA sessions over the course of about 6months with you, but the results surpassed anything I could ever have expected and I’m very grateful for this offering and your support!
In my previous review after the first session, I already wrote that only one session helped me more than 1.5 years of intense therapy with a wonderful ifs practitioner whom I deeply trusted. She was the one who directed me to doing MDMA assisted therapy because, although my life got better after working with her, I felt somewhat stuck. I wasn’t constantly suicidal anymore and didn’t need to harm myself but still very depressed and I hadn’t experienced much unburdening.
Now I can see that during the first session with Ronald, a lot of deep healing happened. Even more important we’re always the times after the sessions. Those were sometimes very challenging and Ronald was a wonderful support, very available and compassionate. During the session he offered me the perfect balance between doing my own “work” and being there with his presence whenever needed.
My life now feels very different. I’ve never thought that life could feel like worth living. That there could be joy, even when things are challenging. That I could be okay with difficult emotions. That I could find enough love and compassion in my own system that I don’t need to demand it from another person. This all seems miraculous to me. Nothing is perfect and it doesn’t need to be, but everything seems so much lighter, less stuck and much more in movement and flow.
I want to end with this: thank you, Ronald- this was exactly what I needed.
