A small group or a large group?
When it comes to psychedelic ceremonies, we prefer smaller groups. With smaller groups there is more space for everyone to make their own psychedelic journey while there is still interaction between the participants. We therefore never make groups larger than six people.
Individual psychedelic ceremonies are even better?
Most of the truffle ceremonies that we supervise are individual sessions with a therapeutic character. In these 1-on-1 sessions, the entire ceremony is dedicated to the person undergoing the ceremony and personal wishes and needs can always be addressed. This is a great advantage during a therapeutic session. In groups and especially large groups, people may feel burdened and do not want to disturb the group. The advantage of a group can be the interaction between people and sometimes a situation arises in which the emotions of another resonate, which can lead to a healing response through empathy. Being influenced by someone else from the group can be seen as a positive or negative thing. So there are advantages and disadvantages to group ceremonies.
Create your own group
With trip therapy you can put together your own group. This way you don't end up in a group with strangers. This can also be seen as an advantage and a disadvantage, because some people are less willing to let themselves go in the presence of people they know. Yet most people have a slight preference for a known group over an unknown group due to a feeling of security and familiarity.
What has your preference?
If the emphasis is on psychedelic therapy, consider an individual session. These sessions can take place at any location in the Netherlands, including your home, AirBNB, holiday homes and hotels. For individual sessions you can also use our space in Schiedam, which is actually on the large side for 1 person.

For self-composed groups, you can provide your own space, but the space in Schiedam, specially designed for psychedelic ceremonies, is extremely suitable for groups. The most ideal number of people is 4 people, but the space in Schiedam is suitable for 1-6 people.

Participate in an open psychedelic ceremony
Would you like to participate in an open psychedelic ceremony with strangers? That is also possible. We organize an open ceremony at least once a month. The next open ceremony is a psilocybin ceremony with a maximum of 6 participants. More information can be found via the link.
